 Hajj is a sacred pilgrimage that is required of every Muslim at least once in their lifetime – it is one of the fifth pillars of Islam. Each year, millions of Muslims from across the world travel to and perform Hajj in Makkah.

The Umrah is an Islamic Pilgramige to Makkah that can be undertaken at any time of the year.  Umrah requires Muslims to perform two key rituals Tawaf and Sai.

 A visa is an official document that allows the bearer to legally enter a foreign country. The visa is usually stamped or glued into the bearer’s passport. There are several different types of visas, each of which afford the bearer different rights in the host country. 

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document used for ticketing purposes, such as airfare or concert admission. E-tickets are stored in a database and can be printed out at home or at the ticket counter of the venue. 

Work permit are required for individuals who wish to take on employment or engage in business activities in the host country. There are several types of work permit that depend on the nature of the work and length of stay.

Tour is a social, cultural and economic phenomenon which entails the movement of people to countries or places outside their usual environment for personal Joy. These people are called Tourist (which may be  residents or non-residents) and tourism has to do with their activities.
